How is this different to other 'fitness books'?

Unlike other e-books, I'm not trying to sell you anything other that trying to give you the opportunity to be in control of your health and fitness. I will not sell you gimmicks or expensive supplementation. This e-book shows my experience, which avenues I went down to experiment and which nutrition/exercises gave the best bang for buck. It will also show you the many mistakes that I made, where I wasted money on needless supplementation and what foods work for me.


Who am I?

I’m Oli, a 26 year old with a passion for the gym, health and self-improvement. I have over 5 years experience where I have tried and tested multiple diets and training regimes. I have made a lot of mistakes over this time, and I hope that this e-book will keep you from making the same mistakes as I did.
